    Order and payment

    Men's Cut trimmer is sold exclusively on mens-cut.com


    We accept Visa card, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    Orders are processed based on availability of items and payment approval. During busy periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.

    Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

    Orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information.

    Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate email notification for each shipment.

    To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on the products we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the place of shipment or delivery of the order. The tax amount displayed at checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order.

    Orders cannot be changed or updated once they have been placed as they start processing immediately.If you wish to add another item to your order, please place a new order for that item.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONSWe are not usually able to change or cancel an order once you have placed it.It is possible that your order may be cancelled during busy periods due to stock being out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend that you try to place your order again or join our waiting list for the out of stock item.

    You will only be charged for what you have purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please wait a few days and the problem should disappear and be rectified automatically.

    However, if the problem persists and you are sure you have only placed one order, please email us with a screenshot of the duplicate charges for further assistance.

    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be received due to high demand.

    If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us with your request.

    SHIPPING

    Delivery is free for all orders over 30£. 

    Orders under 30 £ : Standard delivery (10 to 20 working days): 3.99 €*.

    Orders over 30£: Express delivery (5 to 12 working days): Free shipping**.


    Costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping and product costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applicable to your order.

    Express delivery time

    All orders are shipped with a delivery time of 5 to 12 working days.

    As we process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, we do not accept changes of address after your order has been placed. All change of address requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.

    Send us an email with your contact details, including your order number and the country where the delivery is to be made. The more information you give us, the quicker we can try to amend your details. Please be sure to state "Urgent: Change wrong address" in the subject line.
    Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your details before your order is shipped.

    Change of address emails that are not titled in this way will not be processed.

    If you send us an email with a change of delivery address, please bear in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so please be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when you place your order.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
    We do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Your order will therefore be shipped the next working day.

    Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or change it. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.All emails regarding cancellations should be titled "Cancel Order" in the subject line of the email.

    Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not titled in this way will not be refunded. Please see our returns policy in the "returns and refunds" section. 

    You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been confirmed, please check that your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email us immediately and we will do our best to update your details.
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

    If your order is detained by customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact the local customs and arrange for the order to be cleared through customs.

    Men's Cut is not obligated to contact customs officials, nor is it obligated to refund orders that are refused by local customs and returned to Men's Cut. Men's Cut provides all the necessary documents for customs clearance with each order.

    If your package is marked as "delivered" by the local postal service, but you do not physically have it, it is up to the customer, not Men's Cut, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue.

    If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Men's Cut is not obligated to refund or return your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.

    We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural events, transfers from the delivery company to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any additional fees, customs or return shipping costs once the package has left our warehouse.

    For domestic orders, the package can only be considered lost if it has not moved for 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

    Please email us if your package shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Men's Cut will only accept returns if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refunds will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged.To return a product, please contact us. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable...

    Any item can be refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt of the package (as evidenced by the postmark). We will inform you as soon as your return has been received and approved.

    The refund will be processed in the original method of payment. We recommend that you use a tracking service for the return of goods as all transport risks are borne by the sender.
    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for opened or used products and do not offer online exchanges.

    All discontinued items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of having been opened or that do not meet the above criteria.

    If the product purchased is faulty or you feel it is not as advertised, please email us before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email. The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    The customer should include photos of the problem and a screenshot of the order confirmation email.

    The exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order, as evidenced by the postmark.

    No exchange will be made for products that have been opened or that are returned damaged.

    Once we have received and inspected your declaration, we will inform you whether your declaration is accepted or rejected. This process can take from 1 to 10 working days. 

    If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial institutions.

    We are happy to accept international returns. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

    No refunds will be given for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. Items marked "End of Series" cannot be returned.

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can deal with it for you. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received

    Refusal of delivery will result in a restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear once we have processed the return. Please note that unclaimed orders will not be refunded.
